how can i make my terry cable thumb throttle less stiff

meh not sure theres much you can do dude. its not the cable its the springs and linkages in the carb. thers a diaphram or 2 and a nice sized spring to ensure there wont be a stuck throttle wide open. i got a twist throttle and i love it. but laot of atv riders dont seem to take to it. i ride my yz250 and my 440ex is just my have fun quad. so im used to my bike

yea i hate twist throttles i always feel like im going to kill my self with them I have all steel braded lines does that affect anything

take the plate off with the 3 screws on the handle bar lube it up real good and lube ur cable it should help some

nope. all the easier the slide will be. i have a streamline twist. for 55$ it slides pretty easy. the yank is the carb its self. so basically after a good year of riding your right hand is going to be jacked:D

o i never liked twist on 4wheeler it jerked u around and then u would jerk that and pop a wheelie lol
