Piston choices?

Are most people use CP pistons w/ a stock bore?

If so what ratio? 13:1, 13.5:1, 13.75:1

I will also be installing hot cams at the same time.

I've got nothing but the best to say about the CP 13:75:1 race piston, been running them for 2 years now no problems yet.
