I know throughout the years Honda has changed the rates on the 450r front shocks, does anyone know what they are for each year?

They were always single rate. The rate goes by how many springs are on each shock.

I was under the impression Honda changed the valving and spring rates between the 05 and 06 models, must have been wrong. What I'd like to know is the spring rate in lbs. Are they 100lbs?

I'm not sure if they even did valving changes all I know of is a heavier weight spring was put on in 2006 and they made each shock 1/2lb lighter by using aluminum preload collars instead of steel.

No one can help me out here? I would have figured with all the guys that re-valve and re-spring their stock shocks would know the spring rate for the stockers.
