+1 mm intake/exhaust valves

has anyone put the bigger valves on a hot cam? i have a stage 3 hot cam and was wondering if anyone has doe this and where can you get them other than web cam? how many do i need to buy 1 or 2 each side?

you need 2 intake valves and 2 exhaust valves. You can get by with stock intake valves its the exhaust valves that are too small.

if you did do oversized exhaust valves, you should see a harder hit off the bottom

You can get them from kibblewhite. Thay are the same valves you would get from web cam. Most only get their intake valves done. Is your head ported? If it isnt you wont notice much from bigger valves.

yea its ported and pol. what do you mean hit the bottom end? like good or bad? i sand drag

I think he means lower rpms, as in the sweet spot arriving a little lower. I honestly have never seen anyone do just the intake because the flow restriction is the exhaust. But then again i have not seen everyone.

im going to do it right. the bigger valves from web and the st 3 hot cam. see how that happens

a harder hit as in the power comes on stronger and quicker in the lower RPMs. sometimes it gets kinda abrupt thus the "hit"
