good deal or no?

i have a 2007 400ex, full system ct racing, k&n, nerfs, and 3 1/2 years left on the warranty. i talking a deal w/ a guy who has a bone stock 2006 450r. it has no headlight or brake light and a crack on the head pipe heat guard. the deal would be straight across. the 450r is in good condition as is mine. seems legit but i know what i have and that it will fire up and go everytime and there is no way to tell about his just off one quick ride. any opinions would be appreciated.

depends on ur riding..as far as value though i think its worth about the same but will be worth more n the longer run..


i love my 400ex but if that deal was up to me and it was legit...itd be hard not to do it..imo..

i really loved the power. it's a different kind of machine than a 400ex. i love my 400ex, it's an awesome four wheeler. then again i love the way that power feels and you just don't get that from a 400. i'm just afraid i'll get it and there will be something wrong w/ it that he doesn't even know what's wrong. how reliable is the 06 model. one more question for 450r owners... the clutch seemed very loose, like it was about gone. it could be just how it is, maybe a more high performance clutch. mine is very tight and predictable.

ive heard(not 100% sure if its true or not) that 06 frames are proned to bend and crack under pressure. only way to fix it is a gusset kit

Trx450r or yfz450r or ltz450r? If its a trx maybe go for it.

man if its a ltr450 and i was in his position, i wouldve already got the bike and rode it ALLLLL DAY! haha
