Find the master link...or its possible there isn't one and you'd have to break the chain using a breaker.

the 310 motor for woods and wide open are different ball games. Woods I can't say. Open fields 13/14-39. Combination for the two is heavily give or take.

Use some periods to make sentences next time.

Let me get this straight. You just bought a 401 drag ported R but don't know how to swap a chain out?

I can't think of anyone on this forum who needs a manual more than you right now!

if you bought a 370cc niks cyll, id like to see it. The biggest they make is a 350cc, plus over bores.....a 350cc + 5mm makes it a 370.

To adapt your 38mm carb, take the air boot and soak in hot water, really hot water....dont boil the boot over the stove of it will melt in the pan, boil the water first.

After good and soft you can stretch it over the carb. once on, take a hose clamp and secure it. leave it that way for a day or two to fully cool and conform.

However sold you the bike and said it was a 401cc, then couldnt figure out how to put the carb boot on, got into you good. Id be looking that bike over real well before you ride it far from home.

i have a stock stator that I bought brand new in 2004, a stock un-lightened flywheel, no scratches, only a lil surface corrosion and a Hinson timing advancer.

Sell you the whole lot for $175 shipped to your door. I take paypal and can ship within 3 business day of your confirmed payment.

if you take bore (79.94) times bore (79.94) times stroke (72 + 5mm = 77) times 3.14 (pie), my long hand calculation says it should be around 386cc.

correct me if im wrong. not that it makes a difference, get that thing running and go have some fun.

If suprrat sold you his top end, it's gonna scream.

Youll need a 40.5 or bigger carb, +2.5-4 of timing advance, 180+ psi of compression, 52 pilot, 190-195 main jet.....DEJ or DEG keihen needle in the middle position, a trx5 or trx 11 pipe and CR rad valve...the thing should make low to mid 60 hp all day long. youll be at or near the edge of the clutch. plan on a hinson 8 plate & toomey springs to hold it. If not, look at the GP style lock up
