I would say alloy because it's not very easy to bend them anyway. Plus the alloys, in my opinion, looks better than steel

i have steel series, I would never buy them again, the tabs that the nets go through really SUCK, they bend and snap off, 3 of mine are tie wired on.................my cousin has Alloy on his 300EX, the tabs are much better, they are kinda half mooned, so there isnt really a way for them to get caught on rocks and stumps like the steel ones

Get the Alloy. They look better and will last just as long as the Steel if you don't run into everything with them. I have the AC Pro Peg nerfs and I love them. They have really been a LEG SAVER!!

I would go with the alloy nerfs. If AC makes nerfs you should check into them....

I hated my DG's because the middle bar (steel) rusted and looked bad. The AC's seem to be the best looking and the best quality for the money.

If you have ever seen DG steel in person, they honestly look like a homemade piece of *****. I mean they look horible and only have 2 rows of nets.

The alloy have 3 rows of nets, look better and dont rust except for where the nerf bar attaches to the peg and where it crosses the engine.

I personally love them.

if u scrape the steel ones they will rust and thats not cool. Get alloy.

I would get the alloy. I have sold some of the steel dg's and they look ok and still serve a purpose, but the alloy are better I had dg nerfs on my 400 for 2 years with no problems, the only reason I swithched to the acpropeg was for the wider peg with the kickup.

Get alloy nerfs, i had stell ones for about 3 months before the got tocod. I've had graydon alloy nerfs for about 2 years now and there still holding up fine. I never personally owned any dg nerfs but i heard alot of negative things about them.

Nothin appears negative about my DG's. I dont know why people hate them so much, mine are great and everyone around here has DG alloy series.

Dg steel are JUNK
no way around it, mine lasted a few months then started to crack and bend.
Ac nerfs is the way to go. Dg alloy aren't bad but your better off just spending the $$ on ACs that will last you the lifetime of your quad.
