IF YOUR TALKING ABOUT WHEN YOU COME TO A STOP AND THEN TRY TO GO DOWN IN GEARS, THEN MY BIKE DOES IT TOO. ACTUALLY JUST ABOUT EVERY BIKE IF OWNED DOES THAT. IT'S BECAUSE THE GEARS AREN'T ROLLING AND WILL NOT MESH AS WELL WITHOUT THE MOTION.
I DON'T KNOW ALL OF THE SPECIFICS OF THIS, BUT I THINK IT'S PRETTY NORMAL.
HAVE A GOOD RIDE!!

Check the play in your clutch lever, and make sure it is adjusted so that it is fully engaging the clutch; about as far as it will move. The manual will do a better job at explaining how to take up any unneccesary slack in the line. That would be the first thing to check, cause if it isn't there then it may be internal. Good luck.
