08 gas tank cover?

will the 08 gas tank cover fit on a 04?? and how much are they and does anyone have one they took off and would like to get rid off cheap.. how much are they?? i need to know.thanks.

I believe there around $60 from honda, Someone over on the ORG did it and said it worked pretty well, just had to trim a few spots, gives the bike a whole new look i think, I would say give it a shot!

im pretty sure you have to get a new gas tank too because they are smaller. ITHINK someone correct me if wrong

i think they are the same sizee.. i might be wrong.. for 60 buxs it will have to hold off. ill go to my dealer and see if they can get me a good price and i will let everyone know what they are exactly. thanks

I saw the mod on the ORG. site also. It looks pretty sweet and the guy said it didn't take much to do. I ordered one from Howie at Pompton Honda over the phone for $40 shipped, and I live across the country from him!! I decide to take the risk and try the mod myself. Just waiting for it to show up.
