jet kits are a waste. Go to local cycle shop, and buy 2 sizes bigger pilot than stock, a 40 and a 42, and also buy like a 150 main and 152 main. Maybe even bigger depending on your bike. But jets are like $5 each for good ole Kehin, same with pilots. you will save a ton buying individule

well...if you are getting both within 2 weeks, and you can wait. Do them both at same time, so you don't have to rejet twice.

But if you are getting them like one now one in a few months.....jet it twice

You prob wont have to change your pilot jet stock is 42 might have to go a little bigger like 45. put a 150 or 155 main jet in it. and u should be good to go. dont waste your money on a jet kit.

if you have a k and n i would go with about a 155 kehin. otherwise a 138 dj with the 3rd notch on the clip and around 3 turns out on the f/a screw. steve

on the stock carb and full exhaust and filter i would go with a 165k main and a 50k pilot jet on the clip 4th from the top --2 and a half turns on the screw....good luck

put a 45 pilot and a 155 main and see how it runs

trial and error man... try a few sizes bigger see what it does, check the plug.. see how its running.. cant really go much by other peoples opinions on actual sizes.. theyre all a good place to start.. but no one knows YOUR bike, altitude, the weather, so many factors when jetting, just go a little at a time.. ONE thing at a time.. cause if you change your pilot and your main at the same time, and too much to boot..... you dont know what to go back on.... if its running good now, all stock where your at.. then ya, 155 would be a good start.. there are TONS, i mean TONS of posts on here about jetting, because everyone asks the same question, how do i jet my carb, what should i use for jets? well if your putting exhaust, header and intake on... id go bigger.. makes sense heh? no body knows whats gonna work on YOUR bike :)
