when they said +2 a arms
does it mean 2 inches on each
side meaning 4 inches total
or does it mean 1 inch on
each side meaning 2 inch total

+2 means 2" more on EACH side, this would be +4 overall. Axles are opposite, +4 is +4 total

lol 400exrider707 according to your profile thing every time i flip my rims or use wheel spacers god kills a kitten... Guess i should go flip my rims and put some spacers on there too.

axis shocks on my stock
a arms would I have to re valve
them

If they are already setup for stock width arms, yes. They would need a revalve/respring.
