You need to buy the network adapter for the PS2 and then play via the Internet thru you ISP. You can use Broadband (DSL, Cable) or Dial-up. It is a blast. You also can buy a keyboard that plugs into the PS2 for chatting and setting up races. I have talked to a couple of people from here. :)

Do a search in these forums and you will find a couple of long threads explaining it in further detail. I will help you as much as I can. I bought everything I needed at Wal-Mart.
