05 Honda 450r Race Ready R/e, Rath, Fox

Hey guys, I am selling my custom built race bike while everything is still like new. Asking $7,000 Cost to Build: Over $25,000

Frame-The frame was bought new from Honda, I then brought it to Rath racing and had it gusseted, and had pro-pegs installed. And powdercoated both white. At that time, I also had them powdercoat the Houser plus 2 A-arms, plus 2 Rath steering stem, and powdercoat the Tag handlebars.
I then brought it home and I installed the Baldwin shortened harness.

Engine-The engine was built at Rossier Engineering, complete crank Hinson clutch, Powermax 480 cylinder and CP piston. The head was custom ported, and equipped with oversize valves. The cam valves porting were all flow-benched tested. I did not dyno the engine, but was told it made 54 hp at the rear wheels.

Shocks-The bike is equipped with Houser plus 2 a-arms. I just installed new ball joints, uppers and lowers, and tie-rod ends. The Fox Float shocks are EVolves, DSC cost:$2,500. And these shocks were purchased on September of 2007. A really good friend of mine, is Rick Strobel who works for Fox Shox and spends a lot of time calibrating numerous teams' shocks. Rick took the time to caliberate the suspension, it is not exactly like Doug Gusts', however, it is unbelieve how well the suspension works.

I built the bike March of 08, I didn't cut any corners when it came to bushings and bearings. Overall condition of the bike is an 8 out of 10. The plastic is not new, however I do have new rear fenders. The 450 has been installed in it, 450 13:1 Wissco piston was installed back in it. I am willing to give the 480 Maxpower Stealth Cylinder with the bike.

Misc: ASV Lever, PowerMadd Handguards, QuadTech HumpSeat, Pillowtop Grips, Tag Front bumper, Dura Blue Rear Axle, GT Thunder MX LT Link, Rath Rear Bumper, Uni Air Filter, Renthal Sprockets, RK Chain, Rossi Engineering Full Exhaust with SuperTrap Cool Core, Hinson Clutch and Basket, Rath Nerf Bars, CV4 Coolant Hoses, Stainless Steel Brake Lines.

Thanks for the bump. I always take good care of my stuff. after washing it I spray it with WD40. I hate to see it go, How ever I dont plan to use it anymore. My Loss.
