I purchaced a 13T primary for my 07 400ex and when you remove the original sprocket it has a type of retainer plate with two bolts and the new sprocket doesnt have the thraded holes for the retainer to bolt on but it does fit much tighter on the splines. It is a "primary Drive" brand sprocket number 9998-13. Did a quick search any didnt see anything. I dont understand what keeps this sprocket from walking or if it is the wrong sprocket?
TIA

Im thinking its the wrong one. I have a 15t primary drive sprocket and it has the holes that the plate bolts to.

The Primary Drive 13 tooth front sprocket you have is correct, their isn't any bolt holes its supposed to come with a clip retainer, if you need that clip and you don't have it ill send you one of mine they sent me 2 you only need 1.
