i was alomst 100 percent sure that there was a thread on the how to section about choke removal on a 400ex but couldnt find it could you guys please help me out.

i bought my quad witht he choke already removed so i couldnt teel ya if it made a difference or not. my brother has an HMF slip on and a K&N with the air box lid removed and it sjetted and its no where near as snappy and crisp throttle response as mine. I couldnt tell ya if thats the reason or not for my 400ex feeling so much more torquey
