jetting problems whats new

i have a 03 400 ex with 416 kit stage 2 hot cam white brothers r4 with wb header breaking up at top end . tryed a 168,162,and a 180 same problem with all 3. any one have an idea what size is ballpark.all other throttle response is very good

Did you adjust the air / fuel mixture before and after winter? But to fix the breaking up, raise the needle up 2 slots (move the clip down 2 slots) If you dont know how to do that I can tell you how but you problably know. good luck
