I need a little help figureing out an electrical gremlin. The higher I get the rpms up the more my headlight dims. It is perfectly fine at idle, but when I'm on the trails at night it makes it a little rough. I'm just upgraded to a higher wattage bulb but I dont think this has anything to do with it. When I bought it the factory light had been replaced and the hot going to the light is just stuck into one of the contacts on the three prong factory connector under the bars. I dont know if it is stuck in the wrong contact or what but i could use some help. Almost forgot, it's a 99 300ex.

Check all your electrical connections.

Odd are you probably just have a few slightly oxidized connections/grounds.

I've already done all that and I cant find any bad connections. Is there any where online I can get a wiring schematic for this quad?

I would put a meter on the battery and check for voltage drop at the battery, if the battery voltage stays up, the wiring should be easy to follow with the plastic off. Definately check all grounds.
