How hard would it be to build my own swing arm? It will be going on a 2001 300ex and i just want +1 or 2. i ride woods with alot of hill climbs. just for the heck of it, besides the 300ex looks short. thanks for any input

It would be quite difficult unless you are a professional fabricator.

The easiest thing to do would be to extend the stock swingarm which anybody able to weld should be able to do.

Otherwise check out HREATV.com for a custom length swingarm for a reasonable price.

I've also heard 350X swingarms work but will require the mounting of a linkage.
