tunning questions...ATC200S motor

when i have my atc 200X with a 200S motor in it,
at revs it won't rev it jist pops??would that be because of incorrect tunning, if so how do i tune it up??


P.S. i jist got done setting the timeing to the correct points

I would check the jetting, possibly has junk in the bowl of the carb.

but no i rebuilt the carb a while back how would i tune it up???if you know

Make sure the point gap is correct, could also be the resister by the points, plug gap, rev box could be different from the ohter motor, just some thoughts....
