broken bolt in head!!!!!!help quik!!!!please!!!!!

i was adjusting the timeing on my 200S engine in a 200X frame... then...!!!SNAP!!!
then i cursed the bolt (or whats left of it) up and down
I am asking that somebody give me advice on how to remove it

it's inside of the head/block (can't grab it with figers/or needle nose pliers) i was gonna put a picture of the broken bolt on here but it's to big and it won't let me upload it on here + i don't know how to shrink the photo to be able to upload it on here soo...

I would try an easy out or reversilbe drill bit, might even try jb welding something to it, if was broken due to oevrtightening it it should come right out.

Easy out is where you drill a hole in the bolt and this has reverse threads and removes the broken bolt, be very careful using these, if you break it off in there it really sucks.

jist used a punch and tapped a jagged peace there
