I would say your jetting setup is right on, or at least pretty close.

Why won't it start?

it only starts when on jumper cables, and when i was revving it, flames came out the exhaust. my plug is all sooty and wet too. i think the plug i'm using is either fouled, or i need a way smaller main. powermadd400ex said that he didn't bother rejetting his from stock when he put his full system on that he sold me. he said it ran fine, but i seemed to have lost my stock jet. i'm gonna get a 100 and 105 and try those. i think sea level has to do with it. the highest point in RI is around 3,000 ft. , so i'm definitely under that. should i put my pilot back to stock? i'm running a 40 which aint much bigger.

try a 97.5 and shim the needle

what do you mean by what you said about the needle?

What is your elevation? I'm thinking you ride up at altitude. My jetting recommendations in the FAQ are for sea level. big difference there.

i put the stock jet back in and it was perfect.
