broken mount that holds down the seat?

Has anyone dealt with the the mounts on the frame breaking. The ones that hold down the front of the seat? not the plastic tabs on the bottom of the seat, but the actual piece welded to the top of the frame, where the plastics tabs slide under.

If so what have you guys done. I only have one on there now the other one is totally gone i dont even have it to weld back on.

well i have never heard of tht happining but i would just make a new mount, like a bolt or somthing, then order the rubber gromet, and ur set...

i gonna have to try something the whole mount is gone right off the top of the frame
