oil filter change

i'm wondering if you are supposed to change the oil filter everytime you change the oil?

we change the filter evertime we change the oil. which is every 6-10 hrs of ride time.

thats what i was thinking, but hadn't seen much about changing them both, people just always say to make sure and change the oil often

I change mine every other. How often I change my oil isnt on a schedule its when it starts to get dirty. Every time I go riding its normally anywhere between 4-6 hours, longest day i put in was 7 hours. So whenever my oil starts to look dirty I change it nothings on a timed schedule or amount of hours.

same here I just change it when it starts getting dirty.and I change the filter every time i change my oil.can't be to careful.;)
