DG Full exhaust Or Cobra Full

I got a cobra full exhaust on my 300ex but i found a DG Full exhaust and i was wondering if i should get it and why

Stay away from both of those brands. DG's tend to make very little power, and be very loud. Their quality isn't that great either.

Cobra I believe actually takes away power. They are also sucky quality and obnoxious. On my dads old warrior, it lost power everywhere and only gained a little on top. They suck.

So basically, don't waste your money! Save up and look around. HMF is fairly cheap and has great gains. Same with the Lexx MXe. Or you can find other brand name used exhaust's off ebay.

i had a dg rcm full it was very loud. it seemed to give me quite the power gain even without jetting it. id reccomend getting the dg for 60 bucks. i mean if you dont like it sell for 60 bucks or even some more.

Stock is almost better than both brands. I had a cobra and hated it, put a spark arrester on it, and it was better. Both are very loud, consider this..is the noise that both make with consideration of the minimal power gains worth losing a riding area??? You can hear a dg or cobra 10 miles away, that are that bad.

dg and cobra have the quality of a pop can as your slip on. save up and get a GOOD exhasust, like sparks, hmf, fmf maybe. you know something in that catagory

Cobra sucks in general. DG's more of a 2 stroke company. I loved my fmf preformax pipe on my 300ex. It gave sooo much more kick. Mine was a 96 and it kicked my friends 04 300ex in a drag race. But I ride too hard for it i burned the aluminum rivets off and the name plate fell off.

i believe that happen from poor maintainance, you need new packing lol IMO these are brands that I would go with: Curtis Sparks, HMF, or Yoshimura.

I love how people say DG is more of a two-stroke company. They suck for 2-stroke AND 4-stroke.

My dads employee had DG's on his banshee, and they were the worst pipes for the banshee i have EVER seen.

I mainly was saying that for their expansion chambers. Idk if it just has looks. I think their silencers are crap tho. I'd really only run a 2 stroke dg on a blaster. Banshees are more of a fmf quad.

Buy a better one like FMF, HMF, Curtis sparks. Its worth the extra money.

Everyone else has already hit the nail on the head. I would run the stock exhaust any day of the week over one of those two options. If you are not looking to spend a lot of money, get a HMF. They are surprisingly a great pipe and are one of the least expensive too.
