These are for a 300ex, and all parts were never mounted because the 300ex was sold and the guy never came to pick the parts back up. You can buy them all in a package for cheaper, asking 175 for all of them shipped (negotiable).

Does the mounting hardware come with the nerfs? Is all this stuff new or just repainted or powdercoat?

nerfs mount to stock hardware, and this stuff is also powdercoated brand new it came like this not a rattle can job.
