07 450R oil dipstick

My cousin just bought a used 07 450R. I do not know much at all about all these 450s and have not owned one. We went to check the oil and there was no dipstick on it? is it possible this dipstick fell off into the oil tank? If so what could happen? How do i get it out? any help is REALLY appreciated

Just below the oil fill cap there is a little window into the crank case. If you wobble the quad you'll see the oil sloshing around. To the left of the glass there are letter (H and L) indicating high and low oil level.
