I need to know how to change the swingarm bearings in my kfx 400.

Buy a manual. You have to remove the carrier and axle from the swingarm then remove the swingarm from the frame its pretty easy. Just remove bolts and nuts from linkages and the long bolt that attches it to the frame then tap the bolt out. Once you have it removed most shops will press the new ones in pretty cheap. If not you need a bearing puller or long drift to tap them out from the inside being careful not to score the housing. The new one press in easy with a socket the same size as the outer race do not hammer them in you'll ruin them they need pressed then install new seals and grease them of course. Reinstall in reverse order. If you need them its good chance the dog leg bearings are bad to so all of them would be best down while apart at least inspect them its easy just see if they turn and are greased if they are dry and stuck they are shot and your suspension will suck.
