I feel these estimates are off quite a bit, generally. if you read about acquisitions often you'll see it too. This site could be sold for more than $140,000.

ALthough the other link is pretty interesting also. It's from a member of our Governments website and he has what the price of gas at the gas stations will be the following day ... he's dead on the money everyday. The man has an inside leak from someone high up .... goes to show you how people are being price gouged . And they say there's no price fixing going on. BS !!!!!
