300 shocks on a 250

Would the front shocks form a 300 ex work on the 250 ex? If not anybody know of any others that would work

i have also compared the shcks and it looks to me that the bottom shock mount on the 300ex shock would need to be shortened. the rear will fit if u use spacers and so will the top front shock mount. if u get some 300ex shocks u will see what im talkin about.

so the 300ex rear shock will work on a 250ex. so would i be able to put a raptor shock on my 250ex.

All I know is that any other shock on my 250ex would be better. Taking off is fine....but boy are the landings rough. I think I have blown mine up already! Thank goodness for skidplates! Aftermarkets here I come.

I know you can put 300ex fronts on a 250ex with just some washers on the top of the shock. I got some works off my 300ex that I'll sell ya!

How much do u want for those works? and are the 250 and 300 shocks the same leangth just the 300 shock is not as wide at the mounting hole?

wat if u got a set of 400ex front shocks and got a 400ex front lowerin kit for the 250ex, and just put it on the oustide instead of inside that is wat im thinkin about tryin when my friend flat tracks out his 400

Trick you right the shocks are the same lenth but the top mounting hole is skinnier Just need a few washers and you'll be fine. I don't THINK you could put 400ex shocks on even with the lowering kit on. Because the arms are to short they are already fully extended just from the factory shocks.
