Ok i have a set of long travel quad rate elkas. i love the way they ride and all that but i only have one complaint. When i come into a turn real hard they tend to want to make my quad 3 wheel some. Now i talked to a guy at the track that has the same shocks. He said he took a spring out to make his triple rate and that took care of his 3wheeling and didnt have to revalve he says. So is this true and if so what spring do i take out?????? and also will this effect me anywhere else on the track, i dont want to sacrifice something for a small problem i can get adjusted to?

I have talked to several who said this would help, including William Yokley. I have not done it to mine yet though to tell you what difference it makes. You would take out the second(or third since they should be the same) spring from the top and the spacers that go with it.
