ok I am new to quads... and not a motor guy but can turn a wrench when i have to... just bought brand new outlaw 07 4stroke for my son... first bike for him and I bought myself a TRX400 first quad for me as well... have had the outlaw out a few times but it has no balls (the bike not the kid) I have been trying to do some research so forgive my stupid questions.... is there a rev eliminator or something like that on the bike and I do not mean a throttle screw? if so can I take it off or replace it? the thing has a hard time getting over the smallest little hills.

any help would be great

Just ordered the pipe combo, tranny springs, and larger jet.
Will be reporting back in a week or two.

I think I'm the only one replying in these posts anymore! lol
The pipe is extremely well machined and definitely helps the power of the quad. I'm not sure if there was any change between the 07 and 08 Outlaw, but my son is riding up long, steep, rutted inclines through the woods yesterday in very muddy conditions with no problems.
