Trade 2006 LTR for 400EX + Cash

Yes I know it sounds crazy but I need something more trail friendly to ride with the family. I can sell this LTR stock or to a full aftermarket XC ready machine. I would like the 400EX to be in good shape, stock to any aftermarket parts. I would like it close to Pennsylvania. So show me what you got and maybe we can work out a deal

I do have a clear title for the LTR and I would like the same for the 400EX. Pics and specs of my LTR can be found in this thread:

whats wrong with the ltr450???? any rust or ever been wrecked? what engine mods are done with your 450?

There is nothing wrong with the LTR...I mean nothing....never wrecked, no welds...nothing....Motor is all stock. The 450's are too High Strung to trail ride with my wife and stepson. I bought the LTR and built it to race the AWRCS XC Series this year but hurt my back. I can still ride but can't race.

i have a beautiful 416ex its very fast actually just as fast as a stock 450 but also i have all the stock parts like the cam, piston, exhaust and even the old air filter. this bike also has nothing wrong with it and its very clean. Just got new gncc holeshot tires.

Plus how much cash?? I am only asking because I have a 400 I may trade but I don't have much cash to go along with it.

Well I need to edit the post actually. I am keeping the Flexx bars, Handguards, BRP Mounts, Works Connection clutch Perch and Hipers and tires for sure.

It depends how many aftermarket parts you want left on the quad and what condition your 400 is in.

I have a very nice 2005 400ex...has reverse...runs great and looks great...it has olins shocks on the front...ac blackline nerfbars with pro pegs. its all black plastics..nothing wrong with it at all...just installed a new rad carrier and bearings about a month ago..How much boot would you want with that for your quad as it is in the pic. minus the things you said you wanted to take from it..??

hey boss i have a yz 426 in a 400ex 2002 400ex chassis with g force axle, rad axle carrier, long horn bars, protaper over sized bar clamps, tusk nerfs, tusk parking break block off, itp bajas up front, tc exhaust, uni filter, msr easy pull clutch perch and lever, swingarm skid, polished linkage, im sure i forgot some other stuff. as well as a spare 00 400ex frame with 400 ex motor mounts another rear end a 400ex bottom end minus crank and tranny along with another motor that only needs a jug and head.

02Silverpile- yes I am interested. I am going to ask 5000 for mine when it is back to stock. The only things aftermarket will be the bumper, grab bar, cherry bomb, and Yoshimura Throttle Body Nut. Everything else will be stock. So you are asking how much for your 400 now? Pm me with any questions

i have a 03 z400 that needs a head and a 05 kx250f that runs super well and has hdr suspension on it. would you trade for both of these the z worked great until i ran it out of oil lol i took the engine all apart and cleaned it out and everything is good exept the head and cams so you just need a complete head for it.

it has been over a year, he has found a great 400ex and he would not have been interested in a z400...good try though
