06 swingarm on an 05

Holy cow, I just can't stop posting! OK, last one for today. Has anyone swapped an 06 swingarm (I believe it is 1 1/4 longer, right) on to an 05? I would be guessing it would be better, or do people like the 05 set up better? I am a bigger guy who rides aggressively mostly on trails and the occasional track.

you will also need the shock and linkage from an 06 to swap over.

And they are only 3/4 of an inch longer, but it does help.

yes the added length does help, however you will need a new linkage and rear shock. if your switching and get another stock shock and linkage, i dont think it would be worth it, but if you got a nice aftermarket linkage and shock combo you would really tell a differance
