Adobe Photoshop Elements Problems

I tried to upload two photos onto imagestation that i photoshoped and it said-Invalid Format: This file does not appear to be a valid picture. Anybody know why?

When you were done photoshopping them, what format did you save them in? You have to go to "export" or "send to" & "file format" under the "file" drop-down menu. Then you can save it as a .jpg, .bmp, etc. If you don't do that, it saves it as an Adobe format, which nothing else can read.

oh yeah and when i select the text tool, it wont type letters, it only types numbers and exclamation pts and stuff.
