I have a moto440, and I want to put shiny maier sliver plastic with on it along with a red quadtech hood. (i want to keep the cannondale colors, but just change the looks)...what do I have to get to do this mod? how much will it cost? Where can I order the parts for it? Does anyone have any pictures of this? thanks.

walsh sells a kit to put 250r plastic on it... its looks really good but costs alot... but if u can afford a moto 440 u can afford to put that kinda stuff on it probably...

I would just wait. Fullbore is suppose to have their cannondale plastic any day now and it should look sweet

to use the R plastic you have to buy a Walsh 1gal gastank for it to work.

Yeah I seen someone do that with a C-dale. Im sure it costs alot but its worth the looks.

yeah it was alot, sumtin like 600 for the tank and some where around 600 for the kit, and it prolly doesnt even come with the plastic, just the brackets to put it on.:confused:

Well,i dunno bout ya'll,but i seena Cannibal w/ the stck tank and all,and just had R plastic bolted up to it..they had to trim it a lil to get it to fit,but it was on there,and lasted a few moto's

so if there's a will there's a wayy...try it,it won't hurt

is there anyway to get a bigger tank from walsh than 1 gallon tank? that is kinda small...moto's inhale gas, and i'd have to ride to the rig every so often just to getgas during practice...do they sell a bigger tank? i might do this walsh mod..sounds sweet..thanks guyz.

:confused: :confused: :confused: Cannondales get better gas milage than any sport quad! I can go 2.5 race hours on 1 tank.

I like the Cdale plastic comewhat, I love R and EX plastic. I saw a Walsh Cdale at Jolly Roger's my last race and well it was sick looking but the gas tank is rather ugly.

also, another quick question while we are on the topic of plastic. On my moto440, I took of those plastic heel guard things, and now it feels like my foot is going to fall off the peg. have a 250R with pro-peg nerfs, so i m ued to quads without heal guards, but this felt a little weird. is this something i just have to gt used to, or what? thanks.
