I have a throttle sticking problem with both my 86 and 87 230s quadsports like most other people that own them. I'm pretty sure its binding in the throttle housing which is made with plastic. The throttle housing moves on the handle which could contribute to the throttle sticking. On my Honda 250x the throttle housing is made of alminum and I have never had the throttle stick on that. I was wondering if anybody has bought an aftermarket aluminum thumb throttle and if it fixed the problem and where the cheapest place is to get a billet aluminum thumb throttle?:confused:
