Can my local machinist do it? Can you go bigger than a 40.5 with the 39mm? I have one ordered with ESR, but they said it would send the day I ordered it. 2 and a half weeks later and nothing. My buddy had bought one and went through the same ordeal. Running a 40.5 made my quad rev alot higher than it did with the 39. Gotta have one!!
