quick please!! fuel screw?

I rejetted my quad last night. I cant keep it running now. 150 main. Stock pilot. As soon as i let off the throttle it dies. Should I mess with the fuel screw? I asked this in another thread, but can I get to the fuel screw with the carb still on the bike? If so how? Im leaving in an hour or to to camp. Please help!!

try using a small screw driver, or take a crappy one and bend it 90 degrees. Screw it in all the way till the screw sits slightly. Then try 3 1/2 turns out. Are you running a foam air filter or stock?
