I was looking over my quad and I noticed that the right foot peg was loose. So I put my Allen wrench on one of the bolts, When I tried to get it to turn it broke off inside the frame. I can't get the other one to turn. It looks like this happened on the other side because someone already welded on the footpeg. My plan is to cut the other bolt and drill through both of them. The I will tap the holes to the next size bigger SAE bolt size. Does this sound like it would work well?

if you have access to it try an left hand drill bit and an easy out. then you wont have to redrill

I just had this problem, there should be a thread on here some where, anyway, I used an easy out, and it worked great! I got both bolts out.

I don't think an Easy out will work because they are rusted in there. It didn't snap from me riding but me trying to loosen the bolt.
