well it stopped working has a rattle in it

i emailed them to see if i can get a new one

it worked great for the year it was on there ......on there website it doesnt look like they sell them anymore for the 250ex

amr didnt even send me an email asking whats wrong they shipped me a new revbox with in 2hrs of me emailing them.

thats pretty good service

what emailing them and saying you bought one.

i logged into there website with email i used to buy it.

i got it rght from them not some flea bay site like others.

Good to hear that they are stepping up their service.

Went through 2 boxes. Neither worked. One of the techs said that there are "new" ones coming soon that will work. I just went with the Procom and NO problem...

it worked great for over a year ......i really cant complain about it

got the new box amr sent me and its bad......emailed them

run a round from amr

they sent me a box within 2 hrs of telling them mine was bad now after the new one is bad i cant get them to even email.

i sent boths boxes back to them........you would think they could say something
