well everyone knows some of the stock rear shocks that will mount right up to the 250ex like the 01 raptor and the 300ex, today i put on my works fronts and the 300ex rear was too stiff for me and my friend had a ltz250 rear lying around so we tried it out and it bolted on perfectly! its a resovour shock and it seems better than stock but i have to ride it, will post pics of the improved ride but RYANH you can add that to the FAQ :)
