After rolling the 250 a couple weeks ago I'm going to try and align it. I have never aligned a quad so I'm looking on how to do it and what the specs are or if anybody have found better specs. Thanks.

Are you talking the front end, a-arms/wheels tires are a bent frame?

The frame isn't bent. I just need to do an alignment on the front tires with the right camber and caster. I want to get it back into factory specs.

the only adjustment you have is the tie rods...........put some tape on the floor in front of your tires and adjust them

Is there a certain degree that they need to be towed in or is it all by eye?

Ok, thanks. I'll have too look in the manual. I was over complicating it but now I see that it's pretty simple.

the hardest part is braking the nuts lose on the tie rods

just park it on concrete put your tape down where you think the tires will be strate and that about all you have.

Almost positive its 1/2" toe in. Put a widening kit and had to align it. We just used a tape and measired off the center knobs. Had to try it a couple times to get it right. Just take your time...
