Just got back form a day of riding and my son's 2002 TRX 90 now has a problem with the throttle sticking. He didn't hit anything just went through some mud. Cleaned all around everything and figured it might be time to get a new cable. Now comes the problem. I see how it comes apart at the throttle body but when I unscrewed the nut where it goes into the carb not sure how it comes apart there. There is a spring there and when I loosen up the nut for the cable on top of the carb it seems to work fine with no sticking issues. Any suggestions? Need to figure out how to fix soon so I can get the parts because we leave for vacation with the quads on Friday.
