Tinner air scoops

I have a set of tinner air scoops that I just got from him and was about to mount them up when I ran into trouble. Maybe I have the angle wrong but I have the top mount by the shocks in, the bottom one to the frame clamps on, but there is a bent piece with a hole that came with bolts and I just don't see where it's supposed to bolt into. Anybody with help is greatly appreciated.

the top mount bolt goes thru the gusset in ur frame tht has the hole in it, bottom clamp goes on ur frame between ur upper a-arm mounts, and the back one zip ties to the frame

well i bought mine from hornetgod13 and he said he paid like $52 new....

I contacted "tinner" directly and paid $47 shipped. The other hole I didn't know zip tied to the frame, I thought bolts went through there or something, thanks everyone.
