cam swap

im swapping my stage one to the stage three and was wondering what is needed to change it out. i had my mechanic do it the first time but i dont have any $. what gaskets and stuff do i need b4 i go into the motor. on a 1 to 10 rating how hard is it to swap them out?

stage 3 its harder to put bc you got to change rokers and valve springs . ill say like an 7 out of 10.

If you are talking about a hotcam stage 3 you dont have to change anything. Its a drop in cam.

he is saying the stage 3 is harded on the internal parts so u need new rockers and springs
