yes i just got my quad started and i am puting oil in it fresh oil there was none in it ok i put a quart in a half to start out then i let it idle for 5 mintues to get it threw the engine then i put little bit more in and looks like there was none it how many quarts you surposed to put in it?

like are you surposed to put more oil in it after i had let it warm up or no? or does it matter?

shouldnt be more then 2qts..
from what some other people have reported..puttin more oil then required may result in i think they said the dip stick popping out cuz of pressure?...but its suppose to be 1.95qts i just put the full two normally..may spill a lil bit hehe.

yeah its almost 2 quarts but I never put in 2 full quarts. I always have a bit left that I just save and always take with me riding incase something ever happens and I need oil.

yea its more than 2 quarts because i put 1 in a half quart in after i got done rebuiting my engine and i turn it on let it run for 5 mintues turned it off and i finished off the quart in half and there is 2 in there now but the dip stick is reading that there is enouhg in the bottom and its not even close to half way up the dipstick/? but people told me the engine takes up alot of oil so help... lol

oh on a rebuild yeah you will put in more than 2quarts

umm i got the honda oil and they are closed is it ok for me to mix oil like synthectic or no just enough for me to ride today intill tomarrow? i just need little?
