416ex jet?

hey guys im sure this is a very common question, but i dont feel like searching the whole forum so maybe you can help.


I have a 416ex, fmf powercore pipe, K&n filter, ( no airbox top).

SHould i rejet? ...And if I should, what ones?

try 42 pilot, 160-165 main, and moving the needle down one notch...i live in indiana and i use a 40 pilot, 160 main, bottom needle clip...i need to switch to a 42 pilot, 160 main and move the need clip to the 4th down...all depends on altitude and compression of piston really...watch running race fuel though, it has been making mine run really hott...u also might have to adjust the air/fuel screw if u start it up from cold, let it get warm, and give it gas in neutral and it wants to cut out...
