question about the where the stud goes through the rim...

I bought some rims from a guy I knew, and on one of the rims where that taper part is where the stud goes through the rim, its missing. I wouldn't think those would come out but they are not there. I will go take some pictures of it and show you what I mean if you get what im talking about

yes those can come out. Its just a steel insert to keep the lugs from messing up the wheel. If you can get an old wheel or something, you can punch it out and put it in your wheel.
