Noise in Tranny

Hey guys I was wondering if someone could help. I went out to my local track yesterday and heard a rattling noise every time I was in third gear I only rode a total of five laps beacause I heard this noise. Could some one help?

If it's an 08 model, they are having problems with 3rd gear going out on the 08s.
