300ex NEED HELP!!!!

My 300ex started making a small clicking noise a couple weeks ago but now its goten a lot worse. i took the head off and checked to see if anything is worn or out of place but dont know what it could be could you please help!!!!:confused:

Your Timming chain tensioner may be loose or valves out of adjustment. You could also have rod bearings going out or piston slap . check the first ones before u tear it all apart. I could be very easy
